WOAH invites applications for a consultancy to develop and conduct an online simulation exercise. Such exercise will address the use of a protocol and health certificate to facilitate the temporary movement of High Health and High Performance (HHP) horses in the countries of the Andean Community, Mercosur and Chile.
Both the protocol and the certificate model have already been developed, and we seek to simulate its application with relevant actors from the involved countries.
We are looking for professionals with a minimum of seven years of experience in areas related to competition horses, full proficiency in Spanish, and experience in training and organization of simulation exercises, among other qualifications.
