The One Health Officer will support the implementation of the WOAH Strategies on One Health at Regional and Sub-Regional levels. A particular emphasis will be on promoting WOAH One Health strategy in America, ensuring stakeholder outreach and engagement, and developing a wildlife health framework for the entire Americas region. She/ He/will be part of the international network of WOAH staff working on this subject, and part of the WOAH OH-TF. She/ He/will also support WOAH initiatives pertaining to regional Quadripartite Americas and the OH JPA implementation in the region. She/ He/will also contribute to the overall implementation of the WOAH mandate in relation to animal health, veterinary public health in the Americas, in line with the WOAH Strategic Plan.
